You can take advantage of all the well-known tracking services Interroll is providing also for online orders.

Is there an express delivery?

You can choose among the different shipment methods open for your account in the checkout process.

Where can I see an overview off my delivery?

You receive an overview with your order confirmation, additionally you can look up your orders in the order history.

What size is my carton?

Carton sizes will be optimized due to the size of the delivery.



Orders

How do I cancel my order?

Interroll products are not served off the shelf. Every products is exactly configured to the needs of the customer. And with our easy-to-use online configurators the customer can even do this on his own. This means that an order can only be cancelled before it is scheduled for production.

Can I modify my order after it has been placed?

It is only possible to modify your order before placing it because all of our products are configured to the needs of our customers and can only be cancelled before it is scheduled for production.

How long does the fast delivery take?

Fast delivery orders are recommended to be placed online. This saves at least one additional day of order handling. Fast deliveries are handled with special KPIs in production.

How can I change my address?

Please send an email with your request to your contact partner in our sales team. You will find all relevant contact data in the header of the shop. You are also able to create a new address by opening “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen.

How can I change my contact data?

Open “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen. Go to “Personal Details”. Here you can change all of your date. Please note that some data are mandatory. All fields marked with a red star need to be filled in correctly.

How can I change my e-mail address?

Open “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen. Go to “Personal Details”.

How do I change my companies' name?

Please send an email with your request to your contact partner in our sales team. You will find all relevant contact data in the header of the shop.

How do I delete my account?

How do I change my password?

Open “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen. Go to “Password”. Here you can change your password easily.

My lists:

How do I remove an article from my list?

Open “My Dashboard” at the top of the screen. Go to “My lists”. Select the relevant list and delete an entry by clicking on the “X” at the top left of the item box.

How do I add an article to my list?

At the end of a configuration you can choose to add an item to the cart or to one of your favourite lists. Click on the arrow next to the text and select the relevant list.



Filter

Why is my application area not shown in the filter?

To select the right parameters for the different characteristics some technical know-how is required. In the shop and on the Interroll website you can find a lot of tutorials and use cases which support you. In most of the configuration details you will be easily supported by clicking on the “i” button.

Which diameter do I need?

The diameter you need is determined by your payload requirements. You will find tables in the catalogue links.

Why doesn’t a roller fit to my selection?

Interroll rollers provide a wide range of different configuration possibilities. If there is no roller fitting it means that it can not be produced the way you require it. Most likely you have made a mistake in setting one of the parameters. In this case pls. refer to the contact partner shown.

Why does my selection produce multiple results?

Sometimes it happens that not all parameters are set correctly and you receive multiple results. In this case we recommend to use the product comparison to see the differences and select the right product.

Can I use a price filter?

The idea of this shop is to provide a possibility to serve you with an immediate quotation for the products you have configured exactly to your needs. We do not offer any products off the shelf. If you have options in specific parameter settings an idea would be to configure different settings and store them in a list. Afterwards you can add the product with the optimal parameter/price relation to the cart.

Can I filter by material?

Tube, spindle and bearing can be filtered by material.
