DriveControl 2048
Control system for the 24/48V RollerDrive EC5000 with analogue interface
Basic control system for the RollerDrive EC5000 in applications without start/stop operation, e.g. in roller conveyor curves and mechanical engineering applications at normal ambient temperatures. It contains no logic and requires external signals. Ideal solution for small applications with no more than ten RollerDrives and PLC, but without fieldbus.
- Speed adjustment (15-position rotary coding switch, 7-way digital input)
- Direction of rotation selection (via rotary coding switch or digital input)
- Acceleration and deceleration ramp control (8-position rotary coding switch)
- Status display via LEDs
- Voltage limitation via braking resistor
